What we have covered below is the very basic questions most respondents ask.

  • What kinds of surveys will I have to complete?
Most surveys are product or consumer surveys conducted by manufactures. These types of surveys are very easy to complete and the questioning is very relaxed mostly multiple choice. You hardly ever have to type anything. The point to remember is that there is no right or wrong answers, they want your opinion whatever it is.
  • After I sign up how will I get surveys to complete?
Once you have signed up, you will receive survey invitations by email. You will not find any surveys on the website. We will email you survey invitations as new surveys comes up. The survey invitation will explain the payment for the survey together with some information on the survey topic. The invitation will also mention how it will take you to complete the survey. If you decide to attempt the survey you simple click on the access link “start survey here” and you will be directed to the survey.
  • Do I have to complete a survey immediately after receiving an email invitation?
No, most survey require large number of respondents and stay open for days. However I would suggest that you complete a survey within 24 hours of getting an invitation to avoid disappointment if you have the time.
  • What if I don’t want to do a certain survey?
You are not obligated to complete any survey, we will send you a survey invitation you can choose to decline and not attempt the survey. I suggest you complete as many surveys as you can since the more surveys you complete the more surveys we send you and the higher your payouts.
  • What if after completing a few questions I decide to drop out from the survey and exit the page?
Here again there are no obligations you can drop out from a survey and leave it incomplete. NB: you will only get paid if you complete the entire survey.
  • How long does it take to fill out a survey?
Most surveys take between 10 and 20mins to complete. The good news is the longer the survey the more you get paid. For longer surveys you don’t have to complete the entire survey in one sitting. You can complete as much as you can, exit the survey and when you have free time click on the access link to restart where you left off.
  • How can I get more surveys?
We will certainly try and send you as many surveys as we possibly can. However this is out of our control, it just depends on the number of projects we get from our clients.
  • How will you get my payment details?
At the end of each survey you will complete a short payment form. You will select the payment option you prefer for a particular survey, example cash / airtime. You will then add your details corresponding to your payment preference. With airtime we need your network: Vodacom, Mtn or Cell C. With cash we require your bank details someone from accounts will contact you within 2 weeks to get your banking details.
  • How long after a survey will I get paid?
We will contact you within two weeks of you completing a survey and explain the payment process as well as provide you with a payment date. The payment is not instant meaning you don’t complete a survey and get paid the same time. There is a lot of processing and verifying that goes on behind the scenes before we pay. This is a legitimate offer and you will get paid if you complete a survey.
  • What happens if I completed a survey and have not been paid?
Firstly you must be sure that you completed the survey. A good tip is to make a note of each survey you complete and try and note down the survey topic or survey name for reference. We have contact details on the website and you can contact us during office hours and we will be happy to help you. You have two options you can email us using the contact form or you can call us.
  • How much money can I make from online surveys?
There are some people on the panel that make R500.00 per month from our surveys alone. It all depends on you and how many surveys you complete. If you want to make more money that that contact our team we have online money handbook you can download with loads of opportunities to make money online.
